Network based remote console for embedded devices.

It would be useful to have a network console, similar to adb shell for use with Android based devices or other embedded hardware that does not necessarily have a keyboard.

It should be fairly safe to have this open on the localnets; i.e. the IP address ranges allocated for private/local usage. Bumping this up to bug status because it'd be useful for development and it'd be useful for the user when something goes wrong.
