Keep same nucleotide order across all positions ?

Hey all, Currently, for each position, the nucleotides are arranged from top to bottom according to their frequencies, I wondered what is the easiest way of arranging them the same for each position (ATCG - from bottom to top)- just for viewing purposes. Cheers and thanks all
