Remove after idle/inactive (i.e. no uploading activity) for specified time

I would love a feature where you could specify an amount of time after which a torrent is deemed "dead", i.e. after not having uploaded any data for the specified amount of time. Transmission has this feature and it's the one I miss the most after switching to Deluge.

This is certainly possible, and should not be too complicated. I am tied up on other projects right now, but I may include this in the next release. Thanks for the suggestion.
