Add a way to hide some results

Some results might not be relevant in some cases. It would be useful to be able to hide them to make it easier to compare the relevant ones.

Got any suggestions on how to decide what to hide and what to display. This may now be irrelevant as we're grouping results and searching by exact matches.

I was in fact thinking about something manual, where the user can decide what to hide. Something like a +/- sign at the beginning of a line to expand or collapse result. I guess only the user can decide what's relevant for him at any given moment.
