Be more informative about necessity to enable cookies

When you don't allow Pylyglot to use cookies, searches will result in an internal server error with no explanation. Enabling cookies solves the problem.

There should be a hint instead of just a plain internal server error displayed in such a case.

What browser do you are using? I've tried to disable cookies in Chrome but the site loads correctly without any error.

Have tried to disable cookies in Firefox too but again no error. Could you send the steps to reproduce the error?
