After creating a new notebook: Open the name edit field

This way, one can start typing and naming the new notebook right away. The default name of the new notebook should be the empty string, so one does not have to delete the current default name ("new notebook") first. Furthermore, scroll to the bottom of the notebook list, so the new notebook is viewable.
