OLTPBenchmark Support for Apache Phoenix

Apache Phoenix provides SQL layer on top of popular NoSQL database HBase(http://phoenix.apache.org/). HBase ensures ACID properties within row level. Apache Omid and Apache Tephra are the popular transaction service implementations for NoSQL databases and got integrated to Phoenix to support cross region and cross table transactions. As part of this would like to add Phoenix driver to oltpbenchmark so that tpcc benchmarks can run with couple of commands.
