Converting to Skeleton-Plus from Skeleton?

I am currently using skeleton css in my app. How hard would it be for me to make a switch? Would it be faster? Thanks!

`dist` should only include files for the release critical files, no examples.

Move from gulp to maybe webpack or whatever.

Tooltip example includes "#" link, remove to stay on the tooltip screen position. Keep Tooltip content in the screen.
