Feature Request: optimize readability

Allow 2nd line elements arrange to right(source icon, source name, time)

Allow show/hide elements, buttons, icons etc.

We are going to redesign the extension entirely. Sadly, we don't have too much time to do that right now, but I hope we'll do that someday. :)
