Command line option --log-file captures very little

The --log-file option gives the impression it will store the whole console output to a file. However, it seems to store very little actual output (INFOs, WARNINGs, and I assume ERRORs only).

It would be nice if it could capture stdout & stderr from target run as well

Thanks. That's good to keep in mind. I'm in the middle of an overhaul of how tool output will work so I'll try to make sure this is covered when I got around to finish that up
