Tool does build with rust tools installed with https://doc.rust-lang.org/cargo/getting-started/installation.html which gets `rustc 1.58.1 (db9d1b20b 2022-01-20)` So there is that... But that's per user installation and meh... Then again still manageable...

Is this now solved with https://github.com/element-hq/synapse/pull/17037 and https://github.com/element-hq/synapse/pull/17038 ?

AFAIK sometimes there _are_ literal loops for connectors that can't have literal jumpers, so as concepts they're different... Both have place and should exists as general thing.. > I think...

We can circumvent this by not giving enough power to Heisenbridge on IRC-side, but then we lose ability to set topic though bridge, so.. lose-lose...

This _could_ be considered together with https://github.com/hifi/heisenbridge/issues/289 as they touch same thing, but still this one I consider an real bug whereas the linked one would be enhancement :)
