LTI400HN01 Update April 2025
Hello guys,
First time creating a post in my life but want to help the community so please be patient with me.
Short story - I bought 2x lululemon mirrors on FB Marketplace to see if I can convert them in Magic Mirrors from this link here https://github.com/olm3ca/mirror
Got them for $50 each.
Unfortunately both mirrors i got have the Samsung LTI400HN01 screen and as I was searching online nobody has a proper way to do it and posts were from a year old.
I contacted lots of suppliers to see if they had a board that they can program to this screen but sadly nobody had one.
I am here today writing my first post to let you know that last night I was able to connect my ps5 to the mirror with the LTI400HN01 screen. It has been a long process of trial and error but I finally got it working.
Keep in mind that I am no tech savvy but I like to play around with electronics.
Because of work I do not have much time to work on the mirror it so please have patience.
I will try to post a small video tonight so you can see that it is working and you don't think I am wasting your time.
Again - I just got to the part to test the LTI400HN01 screen with my ps5.
I just ordered a raspberry pi today.
Speakers - Cable management - etc will be getting ready in its due time.
Thank you and will keep you posted!!
That's really great news for the folks with the LTI400HN01 screen. Please share more details when you can. I can add this to the tutorial page. Thanks!
Sorry because of work I have not got the time on the mirror.
I made a small video and pictures for you to see. I could not get a proper visual of the screen on the back because everything was connected and don't wanna get electrocuted .
But I can assure you that it is the samsung LTI400HN01.
I think it is the only one with black plates/brackets holding the tv. The others are metal/silver.
By Monday I will get the other accessories like wires, new lvds extention cable and stuff.
I will keep you posted.
Thank you for your patience
@R3my91 : Can you say what controller board you found for this?
Yes I would also like to know which controller you bought? The pictures are great but more details would be very appreciated.
@Kampe Im here to find out as well. Did ifueko's youtube video make you want to try this too? @R3my91 if you did find a controller board for it please let us know
Although this guy posted this and dipped, I had been looking for a board for months and hours at a time, comparing spec sheets and LVDS ports. I have seen this board multiple times I believe (80% positive lol). I don’t want to drop the name on here and have everyone rush to it and not have it work for them so before I do that, is anyone familiar with the style of ports for the LVDS cable and also how to set up this board. The one that o have that looks like this is not plug and play as the ports are slightly different from the LULU board. If anyone is familiar with these cables and what wires from luluboard go where on said new board. I can send pictures and discuss my ideas and once this thing boots up I’d release the part number with images of wiring
I also have a controller now I will be messing around with
Which one did you purchase? I’m not the owner of the mirror, it’s my friend’s and he hasn’t been in the mood to work on this project so I’ve been stagnant
@R3my91 can you let us know which controller you used?
@R3my91 Bumping on this. Snagged one for $150, but its this same model - darn. @Kampe Any luck? If so, what controller?
@R3my91 I’d like to know too… Which controller? Help a fellow mate!
@Kampe , @OlvinMM , do y'all have any updates on the controllers you've used? I'm debating on gutting mine and dropping an old Vizio 32-inch tv panel in mine but would like to keep it mostly intact if possible
No sadly, the mirror wasn’t mine. I was helping a buddy who I convinced to take on this project since he was in need of a mirror but he’s been too lazy to open his up. I’m almost certain I have the board OP has, just requires a new cable, if you look at his pictures he isn’t using the original cables
What a cliffhanger! If anyone would be willing to share the model, I'm happy to order one and give this a spin on my unit. I just found out I've got a Samsung panel as well and I'm eager to start making progress towards making it useful again!
So the board I had my friend purchase after comparing pictures from multiple angles is BN94-06692C. I don’t recommend buying if you’re not willing to take a loss. I haven’t been able to find spec sheets for the LVDS pins. The LVDS out is different so you’ll need to find a new cable that could work. Maybe the original cable for the board could work but I don’t have much to go on since I don’t have the panel or board on hand, nor spec sheets. Let me know if you try, I can try to help source cable with pictures of everything on hand. My friend is too lazy
Hello Guys, I do apologize that I posted long time ago and never got back. Do not want you to think im an ahole for not relying back. Long story short...(Wife cannot get kids and we had a dog that was actually the one that brought joy to us.) End of April it past away from a seizure and nobody was home. So yeah this is the main reason that I stopped with everything and focus more on my wife.
Since then I moved and now I have the space again to take the mirror from the garage and start working on it again.
As of last time I remember that everything was connected but was having issues with the speaker connection and also the backlight was turning off every 20 seconds or so.
Please give me this weekend to start organizing and for sure I will tell you step by step.
Again. Sorry for the delay. Trust me that by end of next week you will have a working mirror that has the LTA400HM01 model.
Many thanks
So sorry to hear about that your dog @R3my91. Appreciate all the work you have done so far to make the LTI work!
Thank you @michaelbig180. I really appreciate that. Not too many people will understand.
I will make sure to upload a video today that it is working. Tomorrow I am getting the speaker pins and also the resistor for the Wled backlight controller to stay on.
Since I have another mirror with the same model screen I will do a step by step from start to finish that way everybody can do it. Guessing within next week I will have it
Hello guys again, sorry for the delay. I am still in the process of organizing everything of the home moving. I did create a short video. Please have patience since it is my first video ever and it is just to show you the basic steps. After you can modify it however you like.
Any questions you have please let me know and I will definitely help if I can. Cheers

@R3my91 Was there a part 2 for the video? You didn’t show the inputs nor proof in the end that it actually works. I’m waiting on pins and needles here! Thanks for your help and the (first?) video!
@SouthLoopPro chill. I am just trying to help you guys. Nothing else. Didn't you see the pictures from above that it was working? If you want something working perfectly you got a long way to go. This video is just for you to get the proper video controller so then you can do whatever you like via HDMI. Cheers
Next video is mainly for the power supply. Instead of having two power supplies we will use the same one from the lululemon mirror. That way is a cleaner installation.
@R3my91 Totally Chill! Thanks for the video. It was good and easy to follow. Looking forward to the next one for the power supply.
@R3my91 The pic shows another power controller used. You mentioned a cleaner way to install the power. Do you have a picture for it. Thanks in advance for the hardwork
Have anybody else figured the power supply for BN94-06778C. I think @R3my91 might be busy and need time to get the second part of the video. If anybody else have already figured, can you please share? I think we can get everything else working after we get the power supply query figured.
Spent some time on this today and figured a few things out, unfortunately don't have anything working but sharing what I have!
The power supply Remy is using is this from this model tv: UN39FH5000F
This screenshot is a breakdown of the pin layout for the main board's power connector.
CNM801 is the power connector from the power supply linked above to the main board. CNL802 is from the power supply to the backlight (and can be ignored since the existing power supply is already powering it)
The pin out for the power connector (the 14 pin on the main board) is as follows. Going to see if I can get a buck convertor to step down the 24v to the 13v the board takes so I can power everything from the original power supply.
That's good to see some traction here, thank you @XonDesk . I thought the thread was dead. So, by reading your comment, it sounds like the main board, we ordered by Remy's reference takes 13v input, but this power supply board you shared will output 24v? Do you know what is the Amp requirement for the main board?
the board I shared is the board that comes stock on this version of the mirror. And correct, there are some spare 24v rails that we can use (I believe, have yet to get the buck converters in).
The amp requirement is in that photo in my previous post. It’s the pin out + amp requirements from the main board's power supply. Same power supply Remy is using in those photos. So 3x13v @ 1.3A a piece, then 3x5v lines at 1.1A and then a 5v standby at like .1A? There's also a Vamp line (assuming the boards audio amp) that I'm going to ignore and use the existing amp.
ok, cool. That makes sense. So, we need to get a buck converter to convert 24v from existing board on the mirror to the 13v on the new main board controller? Please let us know how it goes for you, and which buck converter you plan on getting. Thank you again to get the momentum here.
Hey guys, So i was trying to have all my notes and pictures of what I did in order to connect the tv board to the lululemon psu (MegMeet)
PLESE DO NOT BUY ANOTHER PSU Yes my first images i did connect an external psu for the tv board for testing...but for the final product you do not need it.
WE WILL CONNECT EVERYTHING TO THE MAIN LULULEMON PSU.
I will need help if somebody knows (since I do not have the mirror with me .It is in a storage for now)
So I have attached a picture of where you will connect the main 12v from the tv board to the megmeet psu.
From the 14 pin connector on the tv board you will need to connect 2 times a 12v wire and 2 times a ground wire to the connectors in the picture.
***yes the connectors on the lululemon psu will be already in use...but that connector were for the amplifier which we will not use that one. *** so you can take that pin connector and reuse it.
Yes, you need 2x 12v and 2x ground Only for safety so the current wires do not get heated if only use one 12v
The best way to do this is if you get the original 14 pin lead connector for that tv board. Here is a image:
You do not need the connector - but it will make your life easier.
NOW PLEASE*** What I need help is for somebody to check the 14 pin connector and see what pins are the 12v and ground since I do not remember*** Somebody that knows how to do that since you can fry the board if not***
You do not have to use all the 14 pins. Only 6. and actually the 2 -12v and the 2 - ground pins are on the top row. I just do not remember which ones.
After you do that and connect them you will have power but will not turn on automatically.
We need to connect the Blon - ADJ - 5v and a ground to the next long pin header of the psu. here is the image.
Again. If somebody has experience in finding the right wires please help to finish this.
After all the wires are connected. The tv board will have energy feed only from lululemon psu board.
Meaning that when you plug the connector and turn on the switch from lululemon ...everything will be turned on - No more wires or psu. You will use only the original power cable and original switch to turn on and off.
***If nobody can help me mapping the pins...please let me know and I will do my best to go to the storage and bring it home to do a small video or images.
Hope this help you guys.
Hey thank you very much @R3my91 for putting all this hard work. Really appreciate it. I am not that low level hardware/electronics guy. I tried to look at the PIN configuration on the BN94-06778C board itself, but I am not able to find the details in there.
So that 14 pin connector cable you mentioned above will need to somehow cut and updated to make other end to be 4 PIN possibly, if we want to use the mirror's stock psu?
From your last screenshot for the 5V and ground, I believe we have one currently going to the Microphone unit of the Mirror, which we can use, correct? Where does this 5v and ground go into the BN94-06778C board?
