Would it be possible to use mqtt that amazon is poviding for this ?

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Polling the thinq server. Waiting from mqtt push would be faster at updating entities.

Describe the solution you'd like Instead of polling the thinQ server, you could make the component subscribe to the mqtt tpayloads that is pushed from lg. This is done on the homeseer ThinQ plugin, and I am trying to migrate to home assistant.
