Looking for support for this also, that way I can 'hopefully' have HA tell a TP-Link Kasa plug to turn on when the vacuum cleaner is at say 50% and off when it hits say 100%.

PR are always welcome, but of course must respect integration implementation logic. Otherwise just wait, not simple to find the time for all existing feature requests.👍
