Next/Previous channel buttons

Good evening,

I have a Samsung QN800A, and while it integrates well, the next/previous channel buttons do not appear at all, so I cannot change the channel on the TV from the media player card. It's a very nice feature, and I use it a lot on my other TV (LG). Do we know why this might be happening? I saw in the code that there is support for this functionality.

PS: Of course, I can change channels from the sources, but it is not as convenient and immediate.
