Playing media status sensor

It would be nice if there was an option to check the status of whether a video on, for example, YouTube, Netflix or other streaming platform is currently playing or paused. This would come in handy for home light automations (e.g. dimming all lights during playback).

I don't know how technically doable this is, but if you have any ideas to solve this, I think the community would appreciate such functionality and would use it happily.

+1 Upvoting this. This need not be a full new UI even, just an updated state would be helpful.

Even just playing/paused status would go a long way to get started.

I would be so happy about such a feature! Dimming the lights on playback would make the world a better place :)
