Add support for jsn04-t 2

Thanks a lot for the great work! I would like to add the support for another range finder, the jsn04-t v2, in a few words: -baud rate 9600 -protocol 0xFF, distance_high, distance_low, checksum (distance_high+low = checksum+1) -distance_mm = distance_high<<8+distance_low

I m not finding the source code. Could you help me please?
