Adding Yacana Multi-Agent Framework to the List of Community Integrations

Yacana is a user-friendly multi-agent framework designed to harness the power of local open-source LLMs. It offers a smooth learning curve while delivering powerful capabilities, such as brainstorming, workflow creation, and an industry-leading tool-calling success rate, even when using lightweight models (e.g., PHI). Yacana connects exclusively to Ollama as its inference server and is built on top of the Ollama Python library.

As the order of entries in the community integrations list appears to be non-sequential, I've added Yacana at the top. This allows for a fair rotation as new technologies are introduced.
