Add model GEITje Ultra / Dutch models

Hi,

Would anyone be able to add GEITje Ultra to ollama? It is a Dutch oriented model based on mistral/mixtral or llama3. The llama3 is called llama3 Dutch. I dont know yet where I would be able to find it, but I suppose you can as it has been opensourced according to this Dutch Tech website; https://tweakers.net/reviews/12036/3/chatgpt-maar-dan-uit-nederland-nederlandse-taalmodellen-geitje-en-geitje-ultra.html

Just in case anyone wonders why?

• Dutch events, persons, politicians, and even the language are not very well integrated into even ChatGPT 4 Turbo
• Translations to Dutch are even on ChatGPT 4 Turbo underperforming compared to English, especially in some areas regarding topics related to Dutch persons. It is however getting acceptable now in chatGPT 4 Turbo
• the Dutch language is not the same everywhere. You can see that in Belgium (the Dutch part) a more conservative approach exists to language and facts including more Germanic / English approach with all kind of more indirect approach of facts and sentence construction. It makes Belgium Dutch more indirect and abstract, while the Dutch are more direct and progressive, making things less abstract, all while using the same dictionary. A bit as if you would aggregate all English language from different countries in one dictionary, and call it English.
