Print better error message when a new version of Ollama is required

What is the issue?

Today Ollama prints hard to recognize error messages when a model isn't supported because a new version of Ollama is required

What did you expect to see?

An error along the lines of: Error: a new version of Ollama is required to run this model. Even better would be to include the version number required.
