I don't know why when i select the 10000 files from my folder no car file is generated and no CID

This website is intended as a proof of concept. Adding 10000 files to your browser may not work well.

Use https://github.com/web3-storage/ipfs-car

or install ipfs, add your files to that, and use ipfs dag export https://ipfs.io/#install
