why is dweb so slow?

This is going to be a huge problem in metaverse. Even with asset caching, users can't wait 3 minutes to download a single nft asset. You are talking about incredibly long inventory loading times. Arweave is fast but dweb has problems.

maybe it's because the data is coming from ipfs
