Caching web page content from synced links?

Thanks for making this project available via GitHub -- looks very promising. Can you clarify whether the "sync" process on the Evernote side includes caching a copy of the linked web page, as if you had saved the page directly from the Evernote browser plugin? I'm looking for something that will let me synchronize both links and the associated content.
