Any plans for OpenAPI 3.0?

hi in (swagger-express-ts2)[https://github.com/pesoklp13/swagger-express-ts2] i will make OpenAPI 3.0 definition support, after successful cover all functionalities of Swagger 2.0.0 based on docs.

it means some investigation, implementation and refactoring. Will be glad if you will raise some issues or comments on my fork of this repo.
