Changing Language in the Menu doesn't change the app's language
So, I got a strange bug to report(I think it's a bug). I tried changing the app's language through the options to english(my OS language is portuguese), but it still loads the portuguese language file. Also, any way to edit language files? I wanted to change a few expressions in it.
Language Change, works only after the restart of the Program!

@AlanDunaway Sounds like you have the same issue I described here #927
I described the fix/work-around at the same link. Basically you need to select Portuguese or any other non-English language in the dropdown in Settings (even if the app language is already in Portuguese). Then restart. Then select English in the dropdown. Then restart. The app should finally be in English.

That's easy for developers, but not as easy for users to do.
@AlanDunaway If you don't mind waiting for the next release to get changes implemented, you can improve translations on Weblate: https://hosted.weblate.org/projects/manuskript/translations
Also the Qt Linguist tool is at least a GUI to edit translations, mentioned in the wiki page. I don't see how it would get much easier honestly except we would offer the ability to change labels during runtime which automatically sync changes to the current language files locally. But I think that's a huge overkill for any application. ^^'

Any way to do it without going by command line? I'll try to test Qt Linguist. I only want to change a few labels which I think that don't serve my purpose(fiction writing).
