Sub-items in World all displayed after starting the program

This is something small, but when one has many World Items, it quickly becomes an annoyance.

Each time I start Manuskript I have all the sub-items displayed. I'd prefer if only those I had opened the previous session would remain open.

Or, at least, have them all closed, instead of all open, which may be easier to implement.
