Homebrew formula for Swatchbooker

Note: This isn't really an issue for the dev but more for the community. At this point Swatchbooker is offered for download for OSX via Homebrew. https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew/blob/master/Library/Formula/swatchbooker.rb

Here is it's current state:

• There is an actual open PR open (https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew/pull/45682) to refactor the formula so that it operates according to the guidelines of Homebrew.
• It's currently still pointed at launchpad instead of github.
• It is patched because of downstream fix mentioned in https://github.com/olivierberten/SwatchBooker/issues/4 (and https://github.com/olivierberten/SwatchBooker/issues/1).
