Ltc fix

This might fix #1546.

I added "mweb" to the blockTemplateRpcExtraParams. However I don't have an LTC pool, so I couldn't test it yet. @btclinux it would be great, if you could test that.

All other changes from the autoformatter (if you want me to revert does, let me know).
