Is it a valid and builded plugin? I couldn't install it in IDEA 2017

After adding this plugin, I got this error message:

Other than generating a nice little Jenkins butler icon for the Jenkinsfile, does it do anything useful like autocompletion, if not then I will uninstall immediately as no value added thanks.
