jmeter-ec2.properties does not exist in step 4

Following all instructions I notice that I have no idea where jmeter-ec2.properties is located. I am expecting this to be a file considering there are no instructions where to find it. jmeter-ec2.properties is not located anywhere in this project. Unless it exists inside of one of these files.

Are we expected to search inside the contents of every file looking for jmeter-ec2.properties?
