[EDIT] Looping video causes the first frame to get stuck for a few seconds

Summary For my personal projects I need a video editing software that allows looping, and Olive was the only software I could find that allows looping. However in the more recent updates when I have looping allowed, when the preview goes back to the beginning of the video, it gets stuck on the first frame for a few seconds instead of proceeding seamlessly so I can no longer check if my videos loop seamlessly. Also if I change when the video starts (e.g. taking some frames off the beginning of the imported footage) then the frame it gets stuck on is the now deleted first frame instead of the actual first frame of the video. Also when I go through the timeline in milliseconds, the footage stutters unnaturally as if jumping to other frames before coming to the frame I actually need - occasionally, the whole preview will even go black! (The videos I work with tend to be around 11 to 30 seconds in length, hence focusing on individual frames so heavily.)

Additional Information / Output Admittedly I took an extended break from my projects but the last time I can confirm the looping working perfectly and also the timeline working perfectly was my last project, in June of 2023.
