add bitbucket on premise support

This has just been tested against Bitbucket Server 5.8.0

WARNING: This is not tested against Gitlab, Github and another than my companies Bitbucket OnPremise running instance (like different version other than 5.8.0) nor Cloud Variant nor bitbucket.org)

@olipo186 Do you have a running testsuite so you can check if everything is still running? If not please just reject this PR because I dont currently have the time to check it against all services.

Also I am not a python guy, so please give me any tips on how to cleanup that code I might have caused.
