Add Gwion to DSL section

Proposing to add Gwion to the DSL section. Gwion is a language designed specifically for working with sound and I think makes sense to add to your list of DSP tools.

Gwion looks great but the USP of my list is that I try and make it quite personal about things I work with or have some close connection to my area of work in audio/plugin development/spatial audio. If at some point I get inspired to try out Gwion, i'll reconsider this PR! Hope that's OK, all the best, Oli
