have a problem with low speed encoder. This change did not help #define ROT_ENC_DEBOUNCE_VAL 3 #define ROT_ENC_EVENT_DIVISION 3 How to Increase the speed of scanning speed?

you cannot "increase" scanning speed

Check if your KY-040 has these; a 0,47µ capacitor from ground to CLK (debouncing) a 0,47µ capacitor from ground to DT (debouncing) a 10 KiloOhm resistor from +5V to SW (no integrated pullup for SW !!)
