I tried to use your example of printing german unicode on my ili9341 screen and the hello world is written opposite and the umlat itself does not written only the the first letters my main object is to write in hebrew but I'm trying your example and it is not working. Do my screen need to have the german fonts? Thanks for your help

At least you need to select a font which include the desired glyphs.
