Add support for SMR19264B
The SMR19264B is a 192x64 graphic LCD module with KS0108 controllers.
The interface is very similar to the erm19264 module already supported by U8g2, except that the SMR19264B uses a 2-bit chip-select instead of 3-bit.
I bought some from https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256803610035008.html and have been using them in a PlatformIO ESP32 Arduino project with this change.
This project is an automatic clone of https://github.com/olikraus/u8g2 so unfortunately I can not PR this here because it would be overwritten soon... PRs have to be assigned to https://github.com/olikraus/u8g2 instead.
Also note, that the constructors are automatically generated, by the configuration within the codebuild script: https://github.com/olikraus/u8g2/blob/dc9fc73ddfc4fc8690afea370780ba322bd0cd79/tools/codebuild/codebuild.c#L1947
This means, in order to add a new constructor, we need to update codebuild.c
