Support for QardioBase 2

Hi all

I would like to help adding support for the scale QardioBase 2, but my phone is not rooted and haven't found a way to delete old btsnoop_hci.log-Files without root. Since I never had the Bluetooth Snoop Log activated before, I hope the log is still useful.

I've attached the btsnoop_hci.log as well as the debug log from the openScale-development-App here: btsnoop_hci.log openScale_2023-05-29_12-59.txt

The following measurements were made:

Unfortunately I have not been able to find any of the weights through Wireshark in the log-File. But that might be due to me not using Wireshark correctly or not converting to hex-values right.

Please let me know if/how I can provide any more information (preferably without having to root my phone). Thanks in advance!
