cannot get data from beurer BF850

Describe the bug connects fine, the scale goes thru all steps but nothing gets transfered to the phone and when trying to generate a bug report it remains empty

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. connect with bt
2. correct profile appears
3. the scale does what it is supposed to do
4. nothing appears on the phone

Reproduced with version: 2.4.5 (60)

Expected behavior well, some kind of data transfer...
