Request: Eufy Smart Scale P1 support

Hello all. I have a Eufy Smart Scale P1 and would like to have support. So far I havent been able to get the snoop logging to work but I did find out what services are accessed. Hopefully that will help.

And here is the debug info from OpenScale attempting to add it. The device is seen but says not supported.
