Re add the Bluetooth and Add buttons to each view

In the old version (2.5) each section (overview, chart, table, statistics) showed the Bluetooth button and the one to manually add a measurement. In v3 it is only in the overview section. It would be helpful if it brought back in all sections.

I’m still considering it — I’m a bit concerned that adding too many icons at the top could make the interface feel cluttered. I’ll think about the best way to handle this.
