Add LiDAR capabilities

I want to collect some Apple Lidar data. Since ARKit 4 was released, it will be great if the latest LiDAR capabilities add to arkit_flutter_plugin

Same here, would love to be able to scan environment indoor or outdoor and resuse the model for different purposes.
