Not able to connect RAW instance

I was having the exact same issue. This was fixed for me by updating from Grafana 8.2.3 to 9.0.4.

[Bug] The "enter" key does not send out messages in popup window

For now you can use tab to highlight the send button and then press enter.

'Enter' key is interpreted as a new line instead of the end of the prompt.
