@oleksiyk any plans to support the latest kafka release? Maybe you do already :) I can try running the tests with the latest kafka

I didn't try it yet. Would be good to run the tests and see if it works.

UPD: tried running my app (which uses no-kafka extensively) against kafka_2.11_1.0.0 - all my tests are green.

Works fine with Kafka 1.0 for me.
