version 14.0.0.76 completely stalled Visual Studio 2015

After I installed version 14.0.0.76, Visual Studio 2015 does not start. For the first time, there is just a very brief displaying of the splash screen and then nothing. Any subsequent try to start Visual Studio simply does not do anything. No errors are logged in the even log. I cannot find any way to uninstall T4Toolbox. Please provide a way to uninstall this component and to get back to the previous state, so I can run Visual Studio again.
