Steam problems

So it seems like trying to run steam or atleast going to the log in screen seems to be black and doesnt work may anyone give me some help. I mostly blame it on the fact that im using a Mali-72

my steam also doesnt work, i saw it in the taskmgr, but there wasnt any window. if i need old version of steam, where can i find it?

you just now reminded me that I made this comment and by now I have a newer phone but it has a forgein unsupported chip. which is Xclipse 530
