hello there is some problem with otg and type chineses

1.when i play games like Wow and elder scrolls 5,wich need wasd to move and use mouse move the screen. the wasd no use for move . then i change the xinput ,the wasd fuction can be use,but the mouse move randomly. 2.need the mobox install chinese input method to type chinese and other language thank you
