Regenerate URL based on saved URL Key

It seems that when I am regenerating URLs it automatically creates the url from the name (category in this case). However I need the URL to be regenerated based on the admin entered URL Key (and NOT regenerated based on the name). https://i.imgur.com/gKwLBI4.png

e.g.: My category name: My Lovely Category Category URL Key defined as: my-url-key URL Key generated after running php bin/magento ok:urlrewrites:regenerate --entity-type=category --store-id=3 --no-regen-url-key --no-reindex: my-lovely-category

I have tried using --no-regen-url-key but it doesn't work. The URL Key in admin is correct, but the actual url used on the frontend is incorrect.

Am I doing something wrong? Thanks

I thought I was doing something wrong. This bug is kinda frustrating to have the URL Keys in url_rewrite mistaching the URL KEY entered in the admin.

I'm willing to donate if this bug gets fixed. It is crucial to have the URL KEY match what is on the backend entered by the admin.
