Feature Request: include links and basic styling in article text.

It'd be nice if in the "article view" (when Reedy is paused), links, and basic styles like <em>, <strong>, etc were still visible.

Not sure how to reconcile this with the "click to start reading from here" feature requested in #14 .

I'd be interested in contributing to help make this happen if you think it's a good idea.
