Feature Request: Use Readability on whole page by default

Selecting an element doesn't work everywhere (eg; wikipedia, where Reedy is unusable). It's also annoying to use - normally, the page has some "article text" that I obviously want read; why make me carefully click in just the right spot to select it? Readability usually does a great job of picking out what you're looking for.

Sometimes, you still want to select a specific element, of course. Spreed does this quite well - you hit alt-v to spreed the whole page (presumably using readability), or alt-shift-v to select an element (like Reedy's current behavior).
