Fail to add organization to consortium network

I just follow the single organization setup, but face error when running ./consortium-add-org.sh org1.

hello,

in try to add ip of org1 to /etc/hosts in cli.orderer by www.org1.example.com: for example: /etc/hosts in cli.oerderer.example.com 192.168.123.125 www.org1.example.com
